Important booking details for customers.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically confirm your appointment. The Crown Maids will review your request, confirm pricing and availability, and then send payment instructions. A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. The remaining balance is due as instructed before or upon completion of service.
Pricing is based on the information provided at booking. If the home condition differs significantly from what was described, such as excess buildup, heavy pet hair, excessive clutter, additional rooms, or unsafe conditions, pricing adjustments may apply.
• Adjustments under $75 may be completed and added to the final invoice with explanation.
• Adjustments exceeding $75 require client approval before service continues.
• If adjustment is declined, service may be limited to the original scope or canceled subject to service-call fees.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Airbnb Turnover Cleaning includes cleaning and linen reset using clean linens provided on-site. On-Site Laundry Service is available as an optional add-on. All linens must be clean and available unless Laundry Add-On is selected. Excessive mess beyond standard turnover may require additional charges subject to approval.
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If entry is not possible or conditions are unsafe, service may be canceled and partial refund terms may apply.
Cleaning services are performed by independent cleaning professionals contracted through The Crown Maids LLC. Eligible cleaners must complete onboarding and provide required documentation before being assigned jobs. The Crown Maids coordinates scheduling, payment processing, and quality standards.
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will address reasonable concerns promptly.
